As a psychologist, my goal is to help you explore your concerns in a safe, supportive space and work with you to uncover your strengths, develop new insights, and move toward the life you want to live.
While we can’t change the past, we can use it to better understand the patterns and challenges you’re facing today. Together, we’ll work to shift behaviors or beliefs that may be holding you back, and help you create a more fulfilling, balanced, and authentic life.
I use evidence-based treatments that have been shown effective in high-quality research studies, tailoring them to your specific background, needs, and circumstances. I also bring extensive training and experience in areas such as trauma, work stress and transitions, caregiving, and relationship concerns. I’m passionate about this work and continue to grow through ongoing education in these areas, so I can provide the most informed and compassionate care possible.
